The Office of the Agricultural Attaché (OAA) is the representative office of the Philippine Department of Agriculture in the European Union.  It handles the agricultural policy as well as agricultural trade and investment portfolio of the Philippine Embassy in Brussels and Mission to the European Communities.  In this regard, any matter pertaining to agricultural policy, agricultural exports and imports, including food safety as well as veterinary and plant health issues (sanitary and phyto-sanitary) with the EU fall under OAA's responsibilities.

Other than Belgium and Luxembourg, the OAA also covers the following Member States on bilateral agricultural trade and investments matters:  France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
